I'd like to offer some constructive suggestions to the management from the perspective of a customer:
-Turn off the telephones in the laser rooms. Why on earth would you need to answer a phone while lasering me? It is jarring and obnoxious and happens almost every time i am there.
-Don't knock on the door while there is a laser session underway. Again this is jarring, unprofessional and obnoxious. The laser rooms open up to the waiting area; even if you are just cracking the door open it is overwhelmingly uncomfortable for the client.
-Run that lint brush over the bed before every new client. Changing the paper doesn't cut it sometimes. There is absolutely nothing grosser than someone else's hair.
-Paint the walls. They are dirty and gross. Laying on my back in a brightly lit room gives me the opportunity to notice every single stain.
-If you ever renovate or move, please consider investing in thicker walls. I don't want to hear and smell other people's hair burning.
-Get nicer soap in the bathroom. If you are going to splurge on a 57th St address, you can surely afford something better than bottom of the barrel 99 cent store nasty liquid soap. It is the little things that count.
What exactly is everyone paying extra for??
And here I address the owner comment:
I'm not sure what you mean by "TRUE CUSTOMER." I was not aware that I had any obligation to you other than paying you! I wrote an honest review so others know what they are going to get for their money and it seems you are suggesting maliciousness or dishonesty on my part instead of actually acknowledging any of my points. What of that?
Congratulations on your new location -- I hope you have addressed some of these issues in it.
